National/Regional Company Requirements

If you are applying for membership into the Landlord2Landlord RenterNet and you qualify as a National/Regional Company, a master agreement may be put into place with additional branch or department memberships opened. National/Regional companies are well known and publicly respected; therefore Landlord2Landlord can waive some of the requirements. The following branch membership information will be required:

• Location type
• Corporate authentication of request
• Permissible purpose type
• Business type
• FCRA requirements acknowledgement
• Access security requirements acknowledgement
