*Prices effective September 1, 2007.

FOR SITE INSPECTION CLIENTS: There is a one-time set-up fee of $199.00.  Included in this fee is an on site inspection fee required by all three credit bureaus to verify either your business or home office.  On top of the set up fees are the report fees listed below.  If you do not process any reports during a month there is no charge. No monthly minimums no monthly or yearly membership fees.

FOR CLIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE A SITE INSPECTION: There is a one-time set-up fee of $75.00 and an account support fee of $2.95 per month, in addition to the cost of the reports that you order. This report is known as our Credit Summary/Risk Recommendation Report (CSRR)  Example Click Here which is a reccommendation to rent or not based on the credit score from the individuals Experian credit report. No trade lines are available unless you have the site inspection. You can also purchase our National Criminal for $12.95 or a package which includes the L2L Renternet database for $24.95. We will automatically bill your credit card the first day of each month, (unless approved for monthly invoicing), for the reports that you processed the previous month.
