Approval and Denial Letters
Denial Letters are required by Federal Law when you refuse to rent/lease or change the terms you typically will rent/lease such as adding additional deposit to your posted rates. Once you change your terms or refuse rental you must supply the applicant a letter stating where you got the information that caused you to change the terms. Approval and denial letters can be easily accessed and printed out so you are in compliance with the law.
